Meet Lisa


I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist committed to helping individuals achieve their nutrition and health goals. My customized plans address clients' current level of health, their specific needs and their lifestyle.  As a member of The Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine and The National Lipid Association, I keep up-to-date with dietary recommendations and guidelines in order to provide optimal patient care. 

Recipe Idea 

Here is a family favorite that is both easy and delicious!

Kale Cannellini Bean Soup

14 oz can of cannellini beans

1 bunch lacinato kale, cut into pieces

2 quarts vegetable broth, low sodium

6 garlic cloves, minced

2 TBS olive oil

10 sage leaves, fresh

2 tsp rosemary dried, minced or 1 TBS fresh

black pepper to taste

Saute garlic in olive oil. Put broth, kale, sage, and rosemary into large pot and simmer for 20 minutes. Add rinsed and drained cannellini beans to the pot. Let simmer for 10' or more.

This hearty soup with dark leafy greens and beans provides fiber and iron.
